A Vision for Hulls East Bank

Our vision for Hulls East Bank site consists of 8 blocks of apartments/town houses and duplex homes on the main site in front of the hotel. The listed divers club building has been converted into a gallery space with gardens in front. Towards Drypool bridge is apartment living which forms an open courtyard and green walkways. The site connecting to Scale Lane swing bridge has been raised up to match the height of the footpath access and provide parking underneath the site.
